A Novel by Serenity Bohon
I did it. I did it. I did it.
I finished the entire first draft of my first novel idea to ever make it past "I think it should have a girl in it, and she should have a brother." It has plenty of words so I can chop, chop, chop all the crappy stuff. And it was so fun by the end that I'm quite sure I can do it again even if my stupendous agent should deem this one not-so-much for the reading public. Will I take it okay if she says that? I just finished my second book. I can take just about anything you throw at me right now. Because I'm proud, and I'm oh so content, because will you look at that? I can write a novel.
It's Monday - the start of a brand new week. And here's hoping you all start something today or consider something or dream a really big something - that you didn't dream before.
Fortunately, if our dreams fail us, there's always McDonalds Monopoly.
(Do you suppose they even make playing piece #122?)
